Civil Plaintiff

• Based on medical records review I was able to help obtain a structured settlement of approximately $500,000 for an infant burn victim on actual damages of less than $1,000.<.li>
• My review of medical records was the key evidence in obtaining a $1,000,000 settlement in the wrongful death of a 71 year old woman in a motor vehicle accident.

Civil Defense

• After review of the autopsy report I assisted in having wrongful death claims dropped against all three physicians named. The hospital settled for less than $25,000 on over $1,000,000 damages initially claimed.

Criminal

• Based on my review of medical records and an autopsy report, vehicular manslaughter charges were dropped (while hit and run charges were prosecuted).
• The key witness in obtaining a second degree murder conviction in an 18 year old child abuse cold case.
